Our engineers monitor process performance in all areas using active surveillance techniques that provide near real-time data for trend analysis.

Process deficiencies and/or observed non-conformance or defects are subjected to advanced statistical analyses that identify trends and non-random variation for further review. We manage corrective and preventative action using closed-loop control systems to assure compliance and effectiveness.
