USA engineers have a strong background in requirements management gained by supporting the Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) function for the Space Shuttle Program. They directly supported boards and provided requirements management, technical analysis and programmatic considerations for proposed changes both at the program and project levels.

USA personnel ensure that changes to program requirements, vehicle processing requirements, launch commit criteria, Interface Control Documents and other controlled documents are reviewed by the appropriate technical authorities and impacted stakeholders.

USA personnel provide technical review of project level designs to ensure program level requirements are correctly incorporated at the project level and certification plans address all requirements.
